These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” or “You”) and Totalfit Inc., a corporation duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with respect to your access to and use of the digital course titled Health Bucket + Programming (Mini Course) (“Product” or “Course”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Product.

1. GRANT OF ACCESS

Upon successful purchase of the Product, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Course for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Product without express prior written permission from the Company.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing this Product, you acknowledge and agree that Totalfit Inc. does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, technical issues, or failure to complete the course.

You further acknowledge that by completing the checkout process, you waive any right to request a chargeback or refund through your financial institution or payment processor.

3. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Product at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Updates to the Course may be provided without notice.

4. DISCLAIMER
