These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "You") and Totalfit Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the digital course titled Totalfit Level 1 ("Course" or "Product").
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Course.
1. Grant of Access
Upon successful purchase, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Course without prior written consent from the Company.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund window of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued if any of the following apply:

More than 15 calendar days have passed since the purchase date

More than 40% of the Course content (by number of lessons) has been accessed or completed

Any materials from the Course have been downloaded, copied, or otherwise extracted for offline use
The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the refund request complies with these conditions.
Refund requests may take up to 30 business days to be reviewed and processed. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within an additional 7–10 business days.
Refunds initiated in violation of these terms may be subject to dispute and further action.
3. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Course at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any misuse of the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, graphics, frameworks, and curriculum — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Totalfit Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
This Course is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional fitness advice. Always consult with appropriate professionals before implementing any course-related practices.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, USA.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Totalfit Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you purchase or access the Health Bucket + Programming (Mini Course) ("Course" or "Product"). By accessing or using this Product, you consent to the terms outlined herein.
